SDG&E prunes and removes trees and brush near power lines, transformers, poles, and other electrical equipment to improve public safety, reduce the likelihood of power outages, and help reduce wildfire risk. If you are concerned about vegetation growing close to a power line or transformer near your property, you can contact SDG&E directly to request an inspection.
